LOOK IN THE SKY FOR A FALLING STAR
AND YOU WILL KNOW I AM NOT THAT FAR

I'M SOMEWHERE OUT IN THIS WORLD
TRYING TO FIND MY SUN BEFORE IT GETS SOLD
WON'T YOU KEEP MY MEMORIES FOR ME

I'LL BE BACK WHEN MY WILL BREAKS DOWN
BE THE SAME AGAIN AND FINALLY AROUND
TO LISTEN TO HOW YOU WANT IT TO BE

I'M RUNNING FROM THE PAST
DESPERATELY CHASING AFTER ME
BEGGING NOT TO FORGET
AND I WILL REMEMBER
ONCE I LEARN NOT TO REGRET

WHO CAN EXPLAIN WHY SOMETIMES I ISOLATE MYSELF
SO MANY STEREOTYPES THAT MAKE ME SICK
WHEN WILL I NOT BE ASHAMED OF BEEING WEAK

CARE FOR MY HEART
AND I'LL BE THANKING YOU ACROSS THE SEA

WHY IS EVERYTHING SO DEFINITE
I WANT ONE DAY WITHOUT A PLAN
SO LET ME TASTE THE FREEDOM BEFORE I LET YOU KEEP ME

I'M RUNNING FROM THE PAST
DESPERATELY CHASING AFTER ME
BEGGING NOT TO FORGET
AND I WILL REMEMBER
ONCE I LEARN NOT TO REGRET
