Some peoples Journey, Some peoples fight

You know, we got people fighting wars
Those battles, they bruise
And Osama’s back
They said he was gone.

And we hope they’ll save us.
And we pray that we can live today.
When really, it’s not anyone’s job to protect us.
They just listen.

You know, Elvis started a whole lot
He ended it to.
And Shakespeare, he just wrote to write
But we have to think that he lived to fight
It wasn’t about fame
They just wanted to be heard

All they do is project their voices
We just listen.

You know time flies
So we think we’ve gotta hurry
But really when your flyin’ do you think about time?
Birds, they sing
We just listen.

You know, when people live
People die
And when angels sing
We fly high
