I WRITE THIS POEM FOR YOU

I write this poem for you
(my friend lorena)

People say I have a way with words,
So I guess that this is true,
As I sit here I am thinking
Of a few words just for you.
Let me think now for a moment,
Maybe some might come to mind,
The hardest thing about it,
Is to try and make them rhyme.
First I think about the person,
In this case that persons you,
So with words I've carefully chosen,
I will write this poem for you.
Let me see You are quite friendly
A friend on which I can rely.
When I pose a question to you
It's the truth you will reply.
Your sholder has been there for me
With my ups and with my downs.
When I need a friend to listen
Your always there to be found.
