Can We Work It Out

Contributed by Mysti on Friday, 15th October 2004 @ 07:33:24 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

I don’t know what went wrong
We used to get along
We were so happy then
I used to your best friend
Baby let’s turn the page
Now it all seem strange,
We need to rearrange, because
We both need to change.

Can we Work it Out

We need to start anew
I don’t know what I would do
Not being here with you
After all we been through, it’s choice
i don’t want choose

So baby can we work it out

Can we back to the day when things were easy
I was your baby you was my boo
And things we said we would
Neva do we didn’t have much but and our
Love was just enough
so baby tell me can we work it out

a very nice song. in your last stanza i think you need to add some commas and periods though, i was tripping over myself trying to understand what you were saying. it is "you were" by the way. if it doesnt work out theres always something better. =]
