Across these pastured waters we traval old and new alike,
Unpreterbed by wind, rain or snow.
We push against the flow as one forevermore
and little by little everyday we move closer to our goal...
For open water awaits us...dare to dream

Gosh... I've never been able to express a thought fully in a few words. But, you've managed it here I think. This reminds me of... oh! ugh! some famous poet (I can't remember who.... darn!).
