I Still Love You

Contributed by stampede38 on Tuesday, 12th October 2004 @ 08:51:02 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

You broke my heart.
But I still love you.
you obliterated my soul.
And I still love you.

Too many memories to toss away.
Our first kiss, your basement, all the fun we had.
Can you just ignore them?
Like they never even happened?

And tomorrow.
If I see you.
I'll be sure to tell you.
That I really do care for you.

And if you ignore me.
I could just go back to burning myself.
The only solution is to hurt myself.
Only because I just hate myself.

And if I have the nerve to kill myself.
Slit my arms open and destroy myself.
I could just pop some pills and shoot myself.
And leave this note for them to remember myself.

But I care for you just too much.
I still love you way too much.
To throw away my lifeand leave you.
And I still love you.
Forever.
I will.
Always.
Love.
You.

I know how you feel and I am so sorry that you feel this way but if you really love her then just keep telling her. Your poem was wonderfully written and it really touched me. Thank you for sharing!!!!
