I see punching as an only way out…!

Contributed by deathdrop on Tuesday, 12th October 2004 @ 11:12:40 AM in AEST
Topic: AngryPoetry

Who would break into some one’s locker?
But not steal any thing?
Unless it’s for intimidation,
And saying “we can do stuff but you can’t prove a thing”.

Well I know it was Hannah and Tara!
They were there when we found it like that!
Then Hannah started calling me things,
They were lucky I didn’t punch the *w*ts.

She began having a go at me,
‘Coz I told about their intimidation.
So Hannah was making this big thing,
To continue this mornings conversation!

Not that real bad things happened this morning,
There were just calling me a lying little ****.
Which is about right for Hannah and Tara,
‘Coz I’ll get them done if I get thumped…

Oh, and don’t they know it!
So they took it out of my friend.
Who’s done nothing but stick up for me,
On those days that they started again!

So if I’m now meant to walk away from this?
You can stuff that thought right now,
This was war from the day the started!
And I see punching as an only way out!

this is a tough one 2 coment on barring the reply 2 a simple poem, i was bullied in school, and as i said in one of my other replies 2 some one on this exact subject, this goes on through life, at work and even on the inter net, and what makes it worse is the catch 22, u ignore them they may go away, but it's doubtful, u fight them, u may win the
battle but loose the war, cause whats self defence
2u may be a simple act of aggression 2 the higher ups, and should u engage in all out brawl, and that
punch ends hitting just right spot and killing some one, simply cause they fell and struck there head just the right way, i think u know where that'll lead,
i know u don't wanna hear walk away, so the best advice i can give u is this, 1. ask yourself this question, how much do u have 2 loose in life, 2.
u willing 2 pay the price in the event the unthinkable happens, 3. striking out in anger will
not give u the advantage, and quite frankly could, easily back fire, 4. and the worse irony, so u get rid this one, and sure as hell another one comes along, ok so think on it, and if u still feel the same,
way, and it keeps happening, then do what u feel u have 2 do, and be ready 2 accept the consequences, good luck and be careful . . .
