Your fears and doubts express them loud
Free yourself, stand-up proud
All these mistakes you can never undo
But help yourself start anew
Raise your hand and state your name
Let go of the guilt, fear, and shame
emotions kept bottled up inside
can be the cause of emotional suicide
Release the chains around your heart
Open your mouth let the healing start
Open your arms recieve the love
let go of that shame and accept a hug
You can't change the past and how people feel
So amend to them what you've always concealed
Tell them the wrongs you've done
That this battle you fight will never be won
Explain to them as best you can
Then offer them your helping hand
Offer accepted....or.....Offer refused
Either way, Just Don't use
( then there is hope for you too)
