For the first time in my life I really don’t know
For the first time in my life I can’t find which way to go
I need to know should I follow my heart or should I follow my mind
Should I keep chasing this mirage or should I leave that past behind
Should I admit that being together was never meant to be?
Should I save all my love for someone who loves me?
Should I try with her one last time or should I leave
Should I fight for her or should I admit that getting to her heart is something I can’t achieve
But why should I try? While she doesn’t even care
Why am I torturing my self? That’s just not fair
I hear an echo in mind saying wake up man
Wake up from this dream and leave while you still can
Saying if you followed your heart you may lose it forever
But if I’m going to follow my heart then it’s either now or never
I hear the echo saying: leave, don’t stay
Leave and you might find a love that’s real one day
God I really need your help, I really need to know
I need to know what’s best for me; I need to know which way to go
