Under The Care of The Moon and The Stars

Grief

You cried all night long
In the middle of the garden
Under the moon’s and the star’s care
You were safe
On the grass
Kneeling as tears spewed from your eyes
Next to the wilting flowers
Dying from the heartache of yours truly
In disguise
Amongst the nights shadows
Melting tears turn to ash
From the flames from within
There was a crash that tore her heart in two
When she could no longer forgive
Or understand…
Make sense of what was happening
She kneeled one more time
Under the care of the moon and the stars
Tears leaking from her eyes once more
Dagger in hand
She thrusts it into her side
All that’s left by morning sunrise
Is a trail of blood and rears
That watered down on her garden
That now lives with such beauty
Leaving her happy in her garden
Away from all that’s cruel
She is able to smile
And live away from all of her loses
And heartache that tore her to pieces

How mournful. But I really liked the way this was written.
Great job, however sad.
