Trochaic Pentameter
We camped by Chachuma Lake near Solvang.
Danish village we would visit real soon.
Sitting close that night to fire's warmth we sang.
Sky was showing many lights with bright moon.
Stores in quaint town sold gifts for this fine June,
tourists needed only make requests clear.
My girl wanted silver souvenir spoon,
something she said she'd would cherish most dear.

Brave Knight is not really complete.. Should I write more? I was waiting for what others think. I'm glad you've taken an interest in my poetry - it means so very much to me.
