Why does it matter now?
Before you never asked why the sun shines
Or why the moon has a face
Or how come grass is green
But all the sudden you want to know who, what, and where
Why does it matter now?
What purpose does it serve?
What heart does it mend?
Yours? Is that all that matters?
We are all here so learn to deal with the ups and downs
The world doesn't stop spinning for anyone
So why spend your time asking why?
Why do you keep going on, Why?
Why does it matter now?
