Walking in a dream
To embrace your skin
How do you live your life?
Are we a kin?
You were there for our birth
Where do I begin?
You stand tall
You take the wind
You breathe it
You take it in
You Give it to us
Stirs us within
Walk among you
Your rich greens
But we grew apart
It’s no longer serene
We abuse you
Cut you down with machines
What happens when you’re gone?
The outcome can’t be seen
When you fall to the ground
That’s the end of the dream.
