away and gone
take off out of here
without turning back
without sad eyes
and for sure without a sad heart
away and gone
leaving all that was
to be just a part of history
a moment that's now gone
away and gone
to the unknown
because location is just a petty worry
and a place on a map
i wanna be where nobody knows me
where they can't judge by stories they've heard
away and gone
with nowhere to really turn
ill pretend life is just a phase
and is gonna end soon
then heaven
the place i may have to turn because
only god loves me soo unbelievably unconditionally
away and gone
forever....gone

I completely connected to this poem. I have felt that all the time.
Although I never made it into a poem. Im glad you have to remind me of that feeling.
Wonderful Write!

A cool poem, such a flowing write, each word holding its own meaning, well done. |
