I'm out driving,
don't know where I'm going,
I'm lost but I don't care.
This is an exercise of joy,
the freshness of freedom.
The beauty of not you.
An ode to letting go,
and getting away.
Sing with me!!!
A wind blows,
your picture floats to the ground.
I think I should
turn around.
Once again I find
the string between
us is still attached.
And you pull me back in.
All I can do is sigh and obey.
All I want is to feel freedom.
So I drive away.

| good write. very nice. i always like this topic since everyone goes through it eventually, and its nice to know youre not the only one sometimes. its also a good thing that you cut the ties, many dont. |
