I can’t heal.
I can’t speak of you.
You’ve trapped me with these thoughts,
And I can’t escape.
You’re swarming me,
Controlling me,
Dissolving me,
Into nothing.
I hope you’re happy now,
And I hope you rot in hell.
I hate you!
You’ve ruined my life.
You’re sick,
You’re twisted,
And I’m stuck with you,
Forever taunting me,
Always haunting me.
You torment me in my head,
So no one else can see,
The pain you’re causing.
I’m so angry,
Yet I can’t let it out.
Frustration grips me,
And you just laugh,
Tell me it’s fine.
It’s not…
But I have no choice.
I can’t stop you.
I’m guilty.
But at least I stopped you,
From hurting others.
At least one good thing,
Came from this mess.
Please leave me alone…

| It isn't any fun is it? I'm curious to know how you stopped them from hurting others...I can't. Your poem is powerful, emotional and know that you aren't alone..if that's any consolation. |
