Thankyou for writing nice things to me
I'm cheered up when your words of such kindness I see
When things seem all wrong
Your thoughts help me along
From the chains of confusion my mind you set free.
I'd like you to try some to understand
When reading your words someone's holding my hand
The reason is why
I feel no need to try
As you allow for my words no need to be planned.
You're so good for this life to hold as my friend
I love this way you simply buck the worst trend
Of people in my life
Only bringing much strife
You save me from going completely round the bend.

This poem is very sweet. It is nice to have friends like that. When I was in a very bad situation I had a friend like that. Great poem.

Sometimes we think that we don't need anyone to help us through life, but we soon find out through things like this that we do really need friends and we were only really fooling ourselves!
I'm pleased that you had a good friend to help you in times not so good. Wouldn't it be nice not to have to find them out through such horrible situations though!

Dean, Yes it would be much better not to have found them through a horrible situation. But I am not picky, so I will take my friends where I can get them.
