I fell in love with a redneck trucker
But he turned out to be an alcoholic ******
Twenty one and already on the skids
He's gone and left me with 6 kids
I married again the old man props up the bar
12 more kids the corn bread don’t go far
Aint got no gasoline for my beat up car
And there's only ever crumbs in the cookie jar
I had to work 25 jobs to pull us thru
With 18 kids that was tough to do
And now I don’t even get a screw
Cos my battery's flat and I am blue
And this damn truck aint worth *****
And the bar in town won't give me a hit
All the old man does is throw a fit
With 18 kids I just wanna sit
The long distance trucks don’t roll thru here no more
And the Pros have moved to Mandalaw
They don’t get no sales at the county store
I worked my a** off now its sore.
