The mind is a wondering thing
Can make you; or break you
You wonder about many things.......and then it makes one sad
Did I , or did I not.........and if I did .why did I?
Regrets and frets.......make one say......maybe I was, and maybe I wasnt
No one knows.but the mind can play what you want it too
I hope one day , I will stop the wondering, and know
Too only , use the mind for happy thoughts , would be the ideal food
But as, we all know......its not the possiblity to reality!

Ahhhhh Self examination, and then Self-improvement. I do that every day, especially at night just before I fall asleep. 'Tis the Nature of the Beast I suppose for some reason or another. Can make you dizzy for sure if you continue to ponder and have no control over your ponderings.
What a great poem Brew, now you have me pondering too!
