It grabs me by the throat,
It won't let me go.
This fickle demon-
Has all the control.
Reaches down,
Beneath my will.
Pulls my soul - beats it hard.
'Till I take that pill
He need not beg or push me far.
Keeping him away has become quite hard.
It seems this fight may never end-
I'll just keep popping and toking-
'Till my mind's dim....
