CALL ON THE NAME JESUS

Contributed by joe-joe on Wednesday, 29th September 2004 @ 08:58:49 PM in AEST
Topic: spiritual

Call on the name of Jesus,

For whosoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved!

At the Name of Jesus, every knee shall bow, and every tongue shall confess that He is the Lord!

Call on the Name of Jesus,

The name that is above every name,

For it is the only name given among men whereby we must be saved!

Call on the Name of Jesus,

Call upon Him In the midnight hour,

Call upon Him When you are surrounded by the darkness on every side,

And in fear and trembling your hide!

Call upon His Name,

He will send deliverance upon Angel wings, His glory and honor to proclaim,

Sing of His righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost, though you are down trodden and low,

He will lift you up, setting you free from all your unrighteousness and sin,

Breaking the chains of your iniquity, filling your heart with His love and charity!

Call on the Name of Jesus,

Emanuel, God with us!

He came from heaven to set the captives free and to save a sinner such as me,

Let us band together in love, abiding in His grace and mercy,

Singing sweet gospel songs of praise to worship and praise His great and wonderful name!
