My Someday

Contributed by _Raspberry_ on Wednesday, 29th September 2004 @ 04:29:04 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

Someday will come
Hold on just a little longer
Someday will be better
Just be a little stronger

Someday you won't need me
Until then strive for more
Someday you'll quit screaming
Just do what you've done before

Someday I'll be there for you
In your true moment of need
I'll be everything you want me to
Until then: crack and bleed

Someday you'll have meaning
Until then: be my book
Someday you'll be able
To forget the soul I took

Someday I will speak
I'll no longer be testing you
I'm learning who you are
Forcing out the best in you

Until then you are here
Until then you are mine
Under my control
I will make you shine
