Blood Flower: 7 - Seduction

Episode VII

The girls whispered in the corner
As my bound and gagged prisoner and I
Silently laid odds on the impending decision

I moved towards them and lifted the eldest to her feet
By the look they shared, they were resolute
Much light appeared shed on my tale of darkness

I marked her right upper arm below the shoulder
Then quickly dispatched her, tossing her lifeless form
Across the room on top of what had been her mother

To my surprise, with a look of profound gratitude
She departed this world, whispers of sincere thanks
Falling from quivering colorless lips

I turned to the one who remained seated on the floor
She stood pulling long dark hair from the nape of her neck
The power of emotion within her eyes was astounding

She stated simply “Take me … “
I couldn’t help but think that there would be
Plenty enough time for that in the future

She was more beautiful than I remembered
For I used to linger and watch her through
Partially shuttered windows, in times past

I pulled her to me in a delicate embrace
Pressing my mouth lightly against her neck
I hesitated, my lips parted, waiting, counting heartbeats

I was giving her one last chance
A final option for her to change her mind
One last moment forever frozen in time

She jerked suddenly, as I breathed her in
Not away, but deeper into my surrounding arms
Her flesh was driven into my mouth

Her skin pressed over, around, and onto
My surprised piercing teeth
She had decided

The blood of innocence erupted within my mouth
Flowing down my gullet, it was pure rapture
Sweeter ambrosia I would never taste

I had to school myself to leave enough behind
Were I to take too much, there would not be
Enough left to support her transformation

I drew a dagger and pressed its tip into my chest
I pulled her mouth over the wound and
Encouraged her to drink of me

She started slow and feeble at first
As she gained strength she grew ravenous
I returned to her neck as our bloods circulated

Daylight would soon be upon us
We made certain our captive was secure
She led me through the house, down into the cellar

Upon burlap bags of grains and flour
She made our bed, and we slept, but not before
I placed my Blood Flower on the outside of each ankle

I kissed the wounds clean
And already I could taste the metallic taint
That were my sins, flowing within her

We arose to a faint crescent moon
Fading refrains of a haunting Melodie
Drifted away in reproach

As I expressed my desire to leave in haste
She stopped me, placing a hand directly
Atop the healing wound that adorned my chest

Not until I have a word with my father !! “

Once again, precious poet, another piece of perfection you have written here... My eyes befall on the most beautiful of words, the most enticing, the most enchanting... These recent submissions, have been incredibly and disturbingly linked to my life, to my past... But oh, how scrumptious it is, how utterly delicious... I enjoyed this one thoroughly, savoring each word once, twice, three times again... And I shall read once more. This beguilling write has put... I guess you could say an "evil" smile upon my face, yearning for the next piece, dying to know what will happen next... Endlessly hoping, that the captive, that horrid thing, the Father, will be tortured till fully satisfyed, and then, at last, destroyed... Mon cheri chasseur, gracious poet, I thank you for this and the many stories you have written... Beautiful are they, and you. Forever yours,

Votre FleurdeSang enchanté

Naz, masterful, compelling, potent imagerey, a true work of art. Maybe, if you haven't yet, you should consider seeing about getting them published.

Great work

Snazzy Nazzy,
I'm going to print these out and read them
all. It will be cool.
I like what you're doing.
