"PAW PRINTS ON MY KNEE!"
Contemplating a way to write this poem?
Explaining my "toiletry" habits not wholesome!
A little black dog called Looney Tooney.....
Kissing personality, exuberant, and bouncy!
Could be late at night, or early in the morn.
Restroom follow-up while I sit on the throne.
First she must lick the bathtub completely clean.
Stands on the edge of the tub, on my knee to lean.
Paw prints on my knee, kisses on my cheek!
Waits for her hug, thus starts her loving week!
Never without a kiss for me, as a puppy too!
Most loving little creature with kissing virtue.
Paw Prints on my pillow, kisses in my ear......
Even while taking a walk backward kisses appear.
Reading a book she jumps on the couch to be near.
Waits for a "turned page" kisses without fear!
Paw Prints on my knee while computerizing
A day never disappears 'til her love proved by kissing.
Special little bundle of long black hair curly tail.
Loving heart prevail, kisses free, not wholesale!
Paw Prints on my knee, then her hug is next.....
Eight years of kisses, n'er once perplexed.
Like her Loving Creator, always loves me first.
Little black kissing critter showering kisses dispersed.
Abscess on her neck when just puppy small.
Trying to help her, wiggling, kissing puffball!!!
How I adore her passion, overflowing with love.
Paw Prints on my knee, placed there by Him above.
