I remember the moment
you turned the boat
from waterfall to moon
the moment my heart
dropped anchor, wanted
to drown in that place
where excrutiating light hit
bottomlessness. That lake
filled with everything
you longed to know.
How can I convince you
by taking me there
you would teach me
to save myself.

Stunning imagery, and wonderful topic!
The meaning of this poem is a little hidden, but the search may be for searching of the divine.
Jolly Good Show! |

Your work discloses a heart filled with pain, yet , it was filled with joy, at one point. |
