Darkness vs. Light

Darkness blows up my heart
and darkness eats my brain
Darkness takes my arm
and darkness pulls me down.

Light no longer exists
and light is never there
Light is not a friend
and light does not care.

Darkness wraps me up
and darkness keeps me warm
Darkness overtakes me
and darkness will not let go.

Light is never seen
and light is never near
Light does not like me
and light is just a dream.
