Wishing Upon A Star

Star light, star bright
the first star
I see tonight
I wish I may
I wish I might
have my wish
answered tonight.
May God hold
my grandmother's hand
and lead her through
the green pastures
of this land.
Keep her safe God
and make her well,
her soul lives
within a fragile shell.
May the Angels
stay at her bedside,
let them be
her loving guide.
I am sad while I'm
wishing upon a star,
I hope you hear me God
be it near or far.

I want to say a special Thank You to all of you for taking the time to pray for my family and myself. God bless all of you.
