There's a tear in my eye,
As the sun rides high,
In the sky above.
How I long to fly,
Cut the liquid sky,
Far away from love.
For where there is love,
There is pain.
Love is too strong an emotion
To restrain.
Feeling faint,
Run, I can't.
Overpowering my senses,
Filling my soul,
Blurring the lenses,
Running the show,
I can't get out,
I can't escape.
You won't let me
Walk away.
You're on my mind
All the time.
You'll be in my heart
For all time.
