I can’t erase you from my mind,
You’re eternally fixed in my brain,
Like a drug, you’ve taken control of me,
And you’re flowing through my veins,
Concentration is impossible,
Because you distract me every time,
Lost in my hopeful daydreams,
Where your love is as deep as mine,
But stepping back into reality,
You don’t love me at all,
I don’t even enter your thoughts,
That’s why you don’t text or call,
This isn’t what I thought love would be,
I expected an endless high,
But this love is totally different,
It’s so intense I want to cry,
I feel so empty and hollow,
Yet I feel so full of you,
I’m feeling bewildered and confused,
Please someone help me, tell me what to do!
The day we met lingers in my head,
Thoughts of our first kiss drive me insane,
Your lips on mine felt so right,
Why don’t you feel the same?!
Can’t stand this torture any longer,
It’s breaking me apart inside,
I’m struggling to eat and sleep,
I just want to run and hide!
There’s one way to stop this pain,
A simple way to reverse this low,
All I want is a message or call,
Even if it’s just to say hello,
At least then I’ll know you’ve thought of me,
Even if it’s only as a friend,
So PLEASE get in touch with me,
And bring this suffering to an end.
