she awaits his return back home,
from the war the battle zone,
she fears being alone,
trying to hold on to what has long been lost,
she covered her hear with a base of frost,
she whispers into the night,
praying for the sight of his return, she does yern,
everything that is sacred does burn,
deep in his heart, they arent far apart,
from the love they did share,
her pain she cant bare,
to sleep in a cold bed ,with the body he is dead,
nothing is here now nothing left to wait for,
she doesnt ask what is in store,
she can not deal with anymore,
join him he waits now for you,
he he remembers her sweet voice, her eyes so green,
the horrible madness he had seen at war nevermore shall they tremble in fears,
wiped clean of their tears after all of these years
finnaly at last the fall asleep fast in eachothers arms,
never to awake,to a life filled with harms,
only charms of life for this man and his wife.
