Perseus is no illusion
The Gray Women's happiness is a diffusion
He would fight Medusa's twilight acoustics
With Pallas Athena's black country blue sticks
The Hyperboreans of the North Wind
Granted three gifts to their courageous friend:
Winged sandals, magic wallet, cap of invisibility
So he went on to where her smoothe glass eye is wintery
And he took her head from her abominated torso most slithery

The Surreal eeL y'know Feel
of Sandman's Teal Coat Spiel says:
Mr. Wildejohnny, Perseus was the man who slayed Medusa, the creature with them snakey things on her head because she didn't shampoo. She could turn men in to stone just by them gazing in to her eyes, sounds kinda ancient as well as similar to the post-modern era as well, dudn't it? |
