These memories won’t quit
Sickened by what happened,
Thought I put it all to rest
But it’s rising out of the past.
Having to face it once more
Feel all those awful emotions,
Hearing my screams echo
Laughter ringing in my ears.
When will all of this leave
It already has a piece of me,
Won’t let this have my soul
If I must I will carve it out.
Forever broken by you
Never be able to change,
Want to be put six feet under
Maybe then all this will end.
Perfect hatred for you
And even for myself,
Look what you’ve done
Soon I’ll be forever gone.
