Lover Without A Face

Contributed by ShadowsCloud on Sunday, 10th November 2002 @ 09:00:00 AM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

He came to me in my dreams
climbing the highest ladder
wanting me, needing me,
loving me...

I tried to love others
but none could trill
me the way my dream
lover could...

None could bring out the
passion and fire I would
fell at the touch of this
mysterious lover...

Then I met him, all became
clear, it was not a dream,
it was our souls reaching
our for each other...

We loved, we played, we
laughed, we found happiness,
very few will ever know so
much in love we were...

It's over now, he is gone, I
am back where it all began in
my dreams, only now my lover
has a face...

This is lovely Cadice,
a bit sad in the ending, but at least you have the knowledge of what/whom you're looking for, not many have that!
You got good feelings into this one, again splendid.

With love
Dean:-)

Dean, thank you for your kind words. I think that I have always known what I am looking for. I'm not sure I can explain that, but I do think that I have always known. Hopefully I have finally found what I'm looking for. I say FINALLY like I'm really old. I'm only 20, so if I haven't found it there's still time.

Dean, you have plenty of time. My mom is 39 and she is very happily engaged to a wonderful man. And she thought that she would never get married again. So you see anything is possible.
