New and Exciting Yet Scary

Contributed by linagalMBfan01 on Tuesday, 21st September 2004 @ 02:49:04 PM in AEST
Topic: schoolproblems

I was walking to school today.
My first day of high school.
I was so excited.
So happy to be with all the older people now.

But when I got there it was quite scary.
The kids were really tall.
The hallways I got lost in them.
The cafeteria was super loud.

It's only my secand day today.
I really hope it gets better.
brringg the bell just rang.
I better get to class.

This is a really good poem. I felt the same way going to high skool for the first time. It is scary and exciting but it isnt exciting when people are taller than us. lol. Good poem lina.
