Do you believe in angels? Do you believe in love?
It's all about the journey we're on
It's all about the love we share
It's all about the way we live our lives today
Giving to others in such a kind and compassionate way
Sometimes love can touch where words can't seem to reach
If only hugs could be put into words that teach
But there are no perfect words in this world
To describe an angel...
There have been many a time, many a day
God could have called me home to stay
Instead, he sent an angel my way
A mysterious stranger who appeared at just the right moment in time
Only to disappear, lost forever as just memories of the mind
Some have come to comfort in times of trial and despair
Or to cushion a fall, protect us from the dangers that befall us all
Leaving only a sense of presences, a swish of a passing silver wing
Sometimes we ourselves become one of God's messengers sent from above
Delivering His love, mercy and grace at just the right time and place
Do you believe in angels? Do you believe in love?
