In this short time
Two hearts, one
fingers intertwined
Your breath on my lips
As you break the kiss
Stare into my eyes
Kiss me again
Set me free
I couldn't imagine
Living without you
Our love was strong
Nothing could break us
Yet something did
Crying, trying to understand
I scream in frustration
Anger bottled up
And the times you called
Just turned the knife
Making me feel
Like a single black rose
In a garden of white
Crushed on the inside
Torn on the outside
Look into my eyes
Say you love me
