I Wonder

I Wonder

I wonder...
How come it is that I feel
As if we met eachother only just yesterday.
When really, we never yet met face to face.
Day, after day, after day...
I sit here and wait to hear of You.
Wishing You're doing great.
Praying for your wellbeing.
Hopefully it isn't too late,
To tell You how I truly am feeling.
Maybe it's intuition,
Some things You just don't question.
Maybe it's love,
Some things You just can't have.
Is this a dream?
Will I soon be capable to snap out of it?

I wonder...
How come You always seem
To be capable to risk so much,
When, for most of them, it isn't ever enough.
You try so hard, doing what You do,
Yet they never seem to appreciate all You really do.
Why can't they ever show You some support?
Or at least be there in case You need comfort?

I wonder...
Why most of these people can't make face
With all of the races.
Instead they back down, and find a good place
For their own little hideout.
Or You'll see these people pointing straight
In front of You, not because they hate (you),
But because they are selfish;
Yet they still can not seem to
Understand the different colors in a dish.
-As to the same when it comes to You-
Just because You aren't of their color,
Just because a red dish isn't of their taste,
It gives them no right to insult You.
Already they don not have the guts to do so in your face,
So what gives them the right to back-stab You
Just so they can win their so called case?

I wonder...
Why people can be so crude.
Why do people always need to be so judgemental?
Why can't they simply be more sentimental?
Or at least less of the rude type of mood.
Why are we not capable to live with each other?
Why do most married couples always complain for a divorce?

What's the point of it all? There is no point.
People just want more money,
Since being alive means being this greedy.
Most of us would care more for a joint
Then to give a penny for a poor little kid,
One who needs to be loved, also family and friends.
Or just anybody in the streets who, in the end,
Really would make more use of this penny, then would a grown kid.
So give a penny to a poor little one,
Or simply give generously to the ones You care.
Let them know that they are still wanted,
Show them your support, show them You care.
Love a child as if he were yours.
Cherish this love in a very safe heart.
Don't let the child go from both your eyes,
Not until You know, You both can live miles apart.
