I want to break away..
I need to get out just to be free
Just to run through beautiful green grass.
But instead I am trapped inside this dark cell of mine
that I have created..
I stay confused..
Oh how I wish I could actually understand the things I need to say..
Oh how I wish I could break away from this spell I have woven around my heart..
Just to break free
and tell you the things I dream about telling you.
Oh how I wish I could just leave my pain and sorrow behind..
and break away.
Oh how I wish I could just tell you I love you,
to get ride of all these pathetic feelings of dispare and not trusting..
Just to break away..

oh god how i dream of one day waking up to find that i broke away from all the bs that surrounds me. i related like crazy to ur poem. cuz i too dream of breaking free of the chains that i've placed upon my own wrists. great write!
