I woke up at 5:30 this morning,
Just to catch you in your dreams
And I watched as the first glint of sun seeped,
through the blue window ,and distorted the tranquility in your face.
I listened to you breathe
and became captured
in this half twisted moment
that I knew could so easily fade with the dawn.
Could you so easily slip away too?
Or have you already? I feel so incapable of saving you from this tragedy
Please tell me you haven't surrendered to a fallen angel's flames,
Wake up, oh, wake up
You're too beautiful to be blind,
to the love,
to the truth,
to the life,
that surrounds and envelopes you.
That was the morning I put my faith in you.

That was so sweet. So so so sweet. When I clicked on this I totally didn't have this image of a Sunday morning, for those for me often involved family disagreements... thank you for that sweet beautiful picture.
