lovers come and go

Contributed by Hannah_Heaven on Thursday, 16th September 2004 @ 10:17:50 AM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

walking outside
the cold air hits my face
standing in a crowd
lovers holding hands
my heart plunges
if only someone could squeeze me tight
hold me in the dead of night
i feel like bridget jones
all alone and turning to the vodka
ive had my fair share of lovers
the kisses never fade
but when will i find the one
it could be anyone
i feel like im in the deep end
swam past the shallow and never stopped to put my feet down
maybe this is the sign of rebound
'noone wants me he didnt noone else will bla bla...'
but the next day i could be with him
the mistery man of my dreams
hes out there somewhere
i just have to hunt him down
as my life goes by
lovers come and go...
