My Ocean Trips

Don’t ask me why I come each day
To the shores along the bay
Just to take in the morning breeze
The crispness off the ocean seas
To walk through the warm sand
Take in the beauty of the land
Share a muffin with a seagull
Lovin the way the sun feels
Watch the boats from afar
Pretending it’s me, as I walk to my car
Every day I come here it seems
Even if these trips are only in my dreams

Ahhh I love this..... On my way to work every day I drive along side the ocean...many times I am very tempted to play hookie....but being the 'good' teacher that I am, I dont..lol.....
I can't imagine not living next to the ocean....
