It hurts to be rejected by
the one person you know
will always be there for
you – you.
It feels as if you have
let go of everything you hold
so dear to you – within you.
To be let down by the
one person who you know
would be there with you
through the ups and downs – you.
Mistakenly you have
isolated yourself from
society. Manipulated by
its stereotyping image of
what a beautiful person
should look like.
Outcast by your own fear
of insecurities and being
rejected first by you, then
by others.
Rejection is a very unloved
sentiment, but one that can be
turned around. By accepting
who you are for –you!
