the war they faught, it destroyed the world.. now all that's left is this shell

so beautiful
hypocritical
the way you yell about him
say he's stabbing your back again and again
doing the very same to him
never seeing the irony you create
while you instigate
the way i felt
i effing loved you
oh but this life, it's a one way street
and the paths never cross
the ends never meet
they play a fake crash course
you or him, love, you or him
so you'll yell again
make it all his fault
and it's gotten so i can't even stand the sight of you
so i've gouged out my eyes
i can't stand your face
maybe i should carry a gun to my head
wipe thoughts of you from my brain
i trust you all so much
you were the world to me
but you don't give a ****
i mean nothing to you anymore
theres a tension building
day by day i can't help but feel it increase
and i want to trust someone again
i wanna trust you
but hope's become such a waste
you'll make me implode
and you'll never know
you're too busy killing him

This is why I consider most people acquaintances and not friends. Only through time and tribulations will you find out who your real friends are. If your friends are backstabbing each other.....then think about what they may be doing to you. Friends who backstab are no friends at all. It's better having one true friend....then a million of friends that hurt you and that you can't trust. Take time out....look at your life......analyze your situation.......see who's a real friend and make descisions from there. With all the best wishes.....hope....and luck to you and your friends. Good and honest write.

this is why most of my friends are guys....they're more straight forward than girls and don't play the "run around he said she said kinda games."

most of my friends are guys to. trust me, theyre ten times wore...
they don't have problems all the time like girls do but when they get them they are so vicious and cruel that it hurts to watch. i'm starting to think NO FRIENDS could be a good policy

I'm in love with this poem . . . you describe such a sad, all-too-frequent situation with such vividness and compassion, god, it's just wonderful. The last three lines blew me away and the last eight lines hit me maybe harder than I would've liked them to. Fantastic job.
