Eternal Pain & Suffering

Contributed by Pyrofungus on Tuesday, 14th September 2004 @ 07:38:48 PM in AEST
Topic: AngryPoetry

The gates of evil have opened up for me
A gust of wind knocks me down
Upon the same old ground
That lies below you now
Look down on me as you will
See the anger in my eyes
The hatred that I have for you lurking in my past
See the sadness??
My tears??
They’re from you!
You gave them to me as a gift
So nice of you to share…
Now I’ve fallen
My wings then cut
I was so happy
Without you here
You wrote on me
And told me lies
You spoke as if you cared
But knew nothing as to what it was…
These tears that no longer spill were because of you
These stains that lye beside me…
This hole in my head…
The beauty of a living person…
That speaks and breathes so innocently
Was left with misery
Hatred and couldn’t cry…
It was because of you
I want you to know…
I am now below
No wings
No white gates
Or clouds sit upon
Just eternal pain and suffering
Because of you!
