G.O.P. (Goodfellows Of Politics) Doctrine of Government

When in the course of economic events it becomes necessary for Business to dissolve all the political bonds that they hold to the world and assume among the powers on earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Market and Economics entitle Business. With no respect for the opinions of mankind; Business requires that they should be separate from the laws of all nations.
We hold these truths to be self evident; that Business should be held paramount and being endowed with certain unalienable Rights, and among these are: freedom to manipulate governments, laissez-faire capitalism, and the pursuit of unrestricted wealth.
We, the Businesses of the world in order to control established governments, will corrupt justice, insure domestic instability, provide economic gain for only those worthy of doing our bidding and have total disregard for the general welfare of the people. Securing our prosperous wealth with the blessings of governments through bribery, pay offs and campaign contributions. For it was a score and four years ago that Ronald Reagan brought forth upon this planet a new world conceived in greed and dedicated to the proposition that all men are commodities to be bought and sold, and that this world shall have a new birth of unparalleled profit and that this government of business and for business, shall not perish from this earth.

Articles_of_Business
1.Business will respect the consumers' freedom to worship the almighty dollar in any bank and spend freely in stores or markets within the capitalist system. Religion has no place in government or business unless they lend there doctrines of divine right and God’s will to advertisement and conservative political causes. Free will is the work of the devil.
2. Business will respect the freedoms of speech and press, so long as they fit the guidelines of the Wall Street Journal. Any derivation from these and the offender will be labeled a liberal and socialist whose meanings come from the words liberty and society, which have no meaning in the business world. Money talks.
3. A well armed and regulated military will always be ready to defend Business' interests around the world and relieve surplus population when deemed economically necessary.
4. Equal employment will be granted to all, regardless of sex, creed, or race, provided that they accept minimum wage.
5. The people shall have no right to privacy when marketing, credit, and bill collecting are at issue.
6. No Business or person worth over one million dollars will be held to answer to any capital crime, unless it endangers Big Business as a whole.

In conclusion, Business reserves the right to change any or all of these articles when it feels that it is economically necessary.

I've read this before, but apparently not commented on it. This certainly is succinct, and sums up the predicament we see ourselves in . . . nowadays.

Well written, pvd.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
