When you’re thinking about the problems that you face,
Put your trust in Jesus, He will give you grace.
When rejection and loneliness crowds your mind,
Look to Him and loving comfort you will find.
When fear assails you, and you don’t know what to do,
Look to Him for He will pull you through.
When anger washes all other thoughts away,
Look to Him. He will help, if you’ll only pray.
When you’re feeling sad and down in the dumps,
Look to Him. He knows your each and every bump.
When you’re so, so tired that you can’t take another step,
Look to Him to give you sweet peace and rest.
When your body aches and hurts so bad,
Look to Him, healing was made from the stripes he had.
When you’re feeling homesick like never before,
Look to Him. Only His love can fill your very core.
When you feel joy lighting up your day,
Look to Him, He wants to brighten your way.
When it seems this is as far as you can go,
Look to Jesus. He wants to carry your load.
