I kind of want to kiss him in the cold and salty ocean
And if his kiss was salty who would know?
And if I cried salty tears
He’d never have to know the truth
All my paralyzing fears
The surf pounding in my ears,
Like my rapid beating heart
And the voices in my head.
He’d only see me
And he’d only see beauty
And he’d only taste desire
Blinded by the salty spray
And that’s all I want him to see.
