Dad.

Topic: selfstruggles

Fists like brick walls, knocking me down
On the floor, in my blood, watching me drown
Not lending a hand, he wouldn't even care
Because he's the reason I'm even there
In shambles I lie mangled on the floor
Hit after hit, and the blood starts to pour
He's yelling "Your worthless, your nothing to me"
But its the same old story, it always will be
He doesn't mind the stains, the carpet washes out
It will happen again soon, without a doubt
Those hands he bares stained threw the years
Of arguements, blood, of all my tears
Sometimes I scream, and forget no one can hear
No one pays enough attention, or notices my fear
When he walks into the room I can feel my lungs giving out
I can feel my hands shake, and tremble..fear without a doubt
It hurts so bad sometimes that I cant even speak
The only response he'll get are these tears that start leak
And that *****es him off more, when I dont say something back
When to scared, or to hurt, when its courage that I lack
So he hits again harder this time
He snaps so fast, at the drop of a dime
In this house, he calls his home
Im left there standing all alone

You really need to get yourself Away from there. Call someone for help or something because if you stay he'll only cause you more pain. No one should go through that by their own father. If you need some one to talk to or need help PM me.

-Ash

Things will get better

I am so sorry. Please, ask for help. You deserve so much more in life. How old are you? Do you have any other family or friends that can help? Most people want to help - if they know. Most are just to busy with their own life - they don't mean to be uncaring. So tell someone - a minister - teacher - doctor - police officer - social services. If you'd like to pm me, I'd love to talk to you. But you have to make the first move...

Please take care,

J~

I know how you feel not specifically with my dad but in other areas of my life I will pray for you. You deserve better. Very nicely done, very vivid, picturesque, if that is a word.

This makes tears, my Dad was an angel, and my son is my life.......this heart only wishes that one day you may find a child who sees you in the light of heaven and you see that child in the same way.

God bless and protect you each and everyway.
Thank you for sharing, may your pain be mine.

hey yet again. i kinda know how you feel with the whole abusive dad thing. my dad was pretty abusive to my sis, bro, and mom. luckily my mom was smart enough to get out of the marriage. and i was lucky i didnt have to put up with his bs. cuz they divorced when i was like 2 or 3. but i saw him on every other weekend. and ive come to realize what an awful guy he is. i hope you can get away from him. he doesnt deserve to have a child as wonderful as you probably are. peace and love. God Bless. and keep the faith. hugs. your friend, jenny

Omigod Jacque... I can really relate to this write more than you could ever know... my dad used to beat me too before my parents got divorced... and my mom didn't give a F***... and I hate her for it and always will... I had welts on my legs filled with blood everytime he decided he wanted to hit me... Jacque, you will always have someone to count on with me... keep your chin up... you can always trust me.
