selfstruggles
|
Trains are closer than before.
Birds do not break through my dreams here.
Slammed doors and other foreign noises do instead.
I stare at peach walls that I did not choose.
I eat cereal because it is quick.
I take the bus and go to class.
I have been uprooted
and I am starting to grow,
but I feel like I am growing away from the sun.
