Until you came along, I never saw hope
I never understood the world around me
I never saw a reason to live...
But then you appeared in my world
And things started to get better
I saw things from a different angle
But most importantly I saw a new reason to live.
Until you came along, I was torn apart inside
My life was meaningless
Nothing mattered…
But then you provided me with a new life
You gathered up my pieces and helped me recover
You gave me something to strive for.
I never expected to care about anything again,
I never cared so much about someone,
I never anticipated such an amazing connection,
And I never said the words “I love you”
and felt it so deeply
Until you came along…
